David Landau is a partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, securities laws counseling and corporate governance. David’s clients range from Fortune 500 companies, to middle market companies to smaller privately owned entities. Previously David was a partner at Meister Seelig & Fein, where he served in the Corporate Department; prior to that David was a corporate partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, where he served as head of the firm’s retail and fashion practice group, a corporate partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he served as co-head of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice group, and as senior counsel at The Amynta Group, a private equity backed insurance and warranty services company, where he negotiated and executed mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. David is a member of the Board of Directors of the Runway of Dreams Foundation, a not-for-profit, which works toward a future of inclusion, acceptance and opportunity in the fashion industry for people with disabilities.
