Larry Leonard has been advising and providing interim management services to underperforming apparel companies and retail chains since 1994.

He is currently a Director in the Turnaround and Restructuring group at AlixPartners, specializing in operational turnarounds and profit improvement. In his capacity as a consultant and former private equity Operating Partner, Larry’s primary focus has been working with consumer-facing companies to increase sales and traffic, reduce costs, improve operational efficiencies & lead times and optimize working capital.

Larry is a graduate of Princeton University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and 2 children.
