Rebecca has over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry. After graduating from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, she started her career by opening a children’s clothing boutique in Boulder, CO. From there she moved to NYC, where she spent the next 20 years at Ralph Lauren Childrenswear in various roles. She managed several different divisions at the company, with an expertise in creating processes and structure within each division. Her roles at Ralph Lauren included Vice President of Retail & Shop Development; Vice President of Retail Analysis & Planning; and Vice President of Sales.

Rebecca is currently a Senior Vice President of Sales at Centric Brands, where she manages the Boys Sportswear division. In her portfolio of brands, she manages Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Calvin Klein, Timberland, Lucky Brands and Bass Outdoor. It was at Centric Brands in 2016 where Rebecca first met Mindy Scheier, as they collaborated on executing Mindy’s vision for the first adaptive Tommy Hilfiger Kids line.

Rebecca is an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Centric Brands.
