Debra is the Director of Executive Recruiting at Audible (wholly owned subsidiary of Amazon) since October of 2018. She joined Amazon ecosystem in May of 2014 as a Senior Recruiter supporting different divisions of Amazon Fashion, including MyHabit and Amazon Private Brands. In December of 2017, she moved to Amazon Web Services as a Senior Leadership Recruiter where she was responsible for sourcing leadership talent for Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Public Sector areas. Prior to joining Amazon, Debra was the Co-Founder and Partner of Continuiti, a niche staffing firm that specialized in the recruitment of Human Resource professionals into contract and permanent positions nationwide. In 2008, Continuiti was named a Fortune 5000 company. Debra is a graduate of the University of Michigan as is her husband and both of her two children are currently students there. She is an avid sports fan and an active volunteer in her community offering her expertise to assist low income women who are going back to the workforce with resume preparation, job interviewing skills, and how to dress for a corporate environment.
