Ronald A. Giller is the Managing Partner of Gordon & Rees’ New Jersey office and also practices in the firm's New York and Philadelphia offices.Mr. Giller devotes a substantial portion of his practice to intellectual property and franchise litigation. He is co-chair of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group as well as the firm's Franchise Law Group.

For four consecutive years, Franchise Times selected Mr. Giller as one of only two New Jersey attorneys to be included in their annual “Legal Eagles” list of attorneys who exclusively represent franchisors.
