DEBRA RUCKER

After graduating with an Associates of Arts degree from Rider College, Debbie Rucker began a 10-year career as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Griffin Bacal, Inc., an advertising agency in Manhattan. She then shifted her focus to raising her son, while keeping her business skills sharp by working as the Office Manager for her husband’s company, Al Lehrhoff Sales, Inc. Next, Debbie capitalized on her organizational skills by working as a Personal Organizer for Cluttercrashers. This role brought her to the home of Mindy Scheier, President and Founder of the Runway of Dreams Foundation, where a friendship and partnership was born. Debbie’s belief in the mission of the organization coupled with her business and organizational skills made Runway of Dreams Foundation the perfect fit. Debbie has served in the role of Executive Assistant running the day-to-day operations of the organization since 2016.
