Kathryn Cordes is the Global Business Marketing Director at advisory firm AlixPartners. In this capacity, she directs strategic marketing programs for the firm’s business lines and industry groups targeting senior industry executives, law firms, and private equity. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Kathryn held senior marketing positions at Deloitte and PwC. She also spent over a decade as a public relations professional in agencies and a Fortune 500 corporate. During that period she was part of founding teams for two award-winning initiatives focused on women. Glamour/Hanes Hand-in-Hand was founded to raise awareness of the benefit of breast self-exams and the role they play in the early detection of breast cancer. Look Good Feel Better is (still) a program that helps people with cancercope with the appearance side effects of cancer treatment. Kathryn is also on the Board of Directors for Fashion Group International.

Kathryn attended Yale University as a biology major and graduated Juilliard in Dance. She began her professional career as a dancer and actress.
