Paul F. Rosengard is a dynamic, highly regarded global fashion industry executive with operational, finance, and business development expertise.
Rosengard is currently the Executive Vice President and head of wholesale and licensing for True Religion, a multi-gender lifestyle brand rooted in premium denim.
He has a strong track record of driving growth, leading productivity and engagement, and launching business ventures for companies of all sizes, drawing upon his experience working with multiple brands across myriad classifications and channels. Rosengard’s keen understanding of end-to-end talent needs, paired with his senior-level industry contacts and access to the brightest young talent, enables him to build strong teams and develop unique partnerships with retail and wholesale companies.
Prior to joining True Religion in 2019, Rosengard was President of Anatwine Inc., the North American division of a global technology company that built custom integrations to drive DTC sales and optimize inventory. Before leading this technology start-up, he was CEO and equity partner of Boston Traders, a multi-classification outdoor casual lifestyle brand; President of Li & Fung’s Men’s Apparel Group; and Group President of Premium Brands at Perry Ellis International. Rosengard began his career in fashion at Randa Accessories, where he directed global sales, marketing, licensing, and merchandising and, over the course of seventeen years, helped the family-owned business grow into the world’s largest men’s accessories company. He has been consistently recognized as one of WWD’s “most powerful people in menswear.”
He is an active board member at Parsons, FIT’s Fashion Business Management Department, the National Father’s & Mother’s Day Council, the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund, Runway of Dreams, Legendary Ventures, and advisor to several digital start-ups. Rosengard is the proud father of three children, all successfully launched, and lives on Manhattan’s upper west side with his very large dog, a rescue named Shelby.
